  1. Applicants should be citizens of either sex from the Member States of COSCAP-South Asia
  2. Applications shall be made on the prescribed format which can be downloaded from this site or from ICAO official website.
  3. Completed applications shall be forwarded through the respective steering committee member along with his/her recommendations to the Director, ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau with copy to Regional Programme Coordinator, either by e-mail or registered mail on or before the closing date.Applications which are not recommended by the respective Steering Committee Member of the State where the applicant is domiciled, will be rejected
